We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our clients UK team focussed on new business generation in their existing client base. A brilliant opportunity for someone with sales experience to join a high performing team. The role will be focussed on direct revenue generation across a set portfolio of accounts and territory.
Your team will be focussed on selling full Data Quality portfolio, from contact data management to our Data Management platform Aperture Data Studio, which had significant growth in FY20 and has significant development investment and support from the business to drive continued growth into FY21. A really exciting time to join this growing business, and significant opportunity to overperform.
You will be a sales manager responsible for a team of direct salespeople. The team will be a variety of levels enabling progression and a support network within your team. Plan and execute for your sales team to deliver on an annual target
Plan to build pipeline coverage within the team to ensure long term focus
Lead a team of individuals to hit their target with sharp focus on upskill, coaching and development
Be an excellent recruiter making sure you have the top talent in your team
Work with marketing and propositions to come up with new ideas to support new opportunity generation.
Effectively managing stakeholder relationships across the business with excellent communication
You should be highly driven, passionate about people management, and can see the value and importance of data as a foundation within an organisation. You will be willing to challenge the status quo and come up with new market proposition ideas as market evolve.
