Their impressive private investor portfolio spans over 28,000 with clientele being some of the world’s leading financial institutions, government organisations, pension funds and insurance companies.
The global network of staff is over 235 people with well over 1000 years of experience in investment management.
With planned vision of growth of their portfolio, headcount and revenue; they now aim to onboard an external business development manager tasked with new partners acquisitions and fee generation. You will work in your given territory (East Anglia) and network with financial advisors and independent financial advisors to ensure you are continually developing their knowledge of your investment/product suite.
You will be working on products that would span the value of £100,000s to £20,000,000+s , with sales cycles spanning 3- 6 month. You must feel comfortable selling in a solution driven manner, with problem solving at the epicentre of your style.
This role will suit a high-performance professional who has a track record of over success in their current sales role. No prior financial services knowledge is needed. You will be degree educated with the passion and drive to continue the growth of this ambitious financial services business. You will have the ability to move complex solutions into simple to understand stories.
This role is for an ambitious business development manager who wants to accelerate their career. Its not for the type of business development manager that doesn’t like accountability, responsibility and hitting their sales quota. Whilst prior financial services experience isn’t necessary you must have 5 year of business development experience.
